AutoFollower Window Manager

A standalone companion app that maps every Moonlight VM stream and your local Path of Exile window onto your real monitors. Drag a window onto a zone, it snaps; hit Apply layout and the real windows launch, lose their chrome, and move into place. Watch a full session below.

STEP 1

Pick up a window

The left rail auto-lists every configured VM stream (from your StreamTargets) and the local PoE client when it's running. Dots show state: live, paired, or not found yet.

STEP 2

Drop it on a zone

Each monitor is drawn to true scale with its own editable zone grid — 3×2 on the 4K here, one full zone on the 1440p. The zone under your cursor lights up and the window snaps to fill it exactly.

STEP 3

Apply layout

Missing streams are launched and probed, window chrome is stripped, and every real window is moved with pixel-exact coordinates. The log shows each step, including the Moonlight re-position quirk being handled.

Locked in:standalone app that coexists with the in-app stream grid · zone-grid snapping. Layouts save as named presets under %AppData%\AutoFollower, so "5-box farm" vs "2-box test" is one dropdown away. Monitor names, resolutions, and DPI scale are read live from Windows — the map above always matches your real desk. This is a concept render; spacing and copy will tighten up in the real WPF build.
